Do I have to pay to list my property on your platform?

No, it is free.

We do so to create trust between members on our platform.

How do i list my property on VillaShark?

Step 1

Click on the “Create a listing” button at the top right corner.




Click on “Register” button

Then enter your details.

Select account type in the list, check accept terms and conditions and hit “Submit” button.

How do I log in to my account?

Simply click on “Login” icon at the top.

Then enter the email address you used to create your account and then enter your password.


 Use social login buttons such as your Facebook or Gmail button.

Account verification

After you have successfully logged in to your account, you will be redirected to your profile page.

You will see a prompt text as seen below to verify your account. Click on “verify here.”



Upload box will appear as see below for you to upload one of the following documents for verification:


For Individuals
(agents, landlords, etc..):

Upload either

Valid Driver’s License,

Or valid Passport


National ID card.

For Companies (entity representatives, owners, etc…)

We will require:

Certificate to Commence Business

Business Incorporation Certificate

Hit “Submit” and you are done. We will notify you by the email you registered your account with after verifying your account.
